Channels integration page is the place you can use to connect your messaging client with Qiscus Omnichannel Chat. We call each messaging client as a channel. We have provided seven pre-supported channels to be used, namely:
- Qiscus Channel,
- FB Messenger Channel,
- Line Channel,
- WhatsApp Channel
- Telegram Channel,
- Instagram Direct Message Channel
- Custom Channel
To connect to any channel you want, you can simply follow the instruction provided in each channel tab.
